1. About These Terms
These terms apply to all gardening, lawn maintenance and handyman services provided by Clifton Partners Gardening to clients across Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are obligation-free and based on information provided at the time of enquiry. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. If site conditions differ significantly from what was described, we will discuss any price adjustment with you before proceeding.
3. Scheduling
We will confirm scheduled dates with you in advance. While we make every effort to keep to agreed times, scheduling may be affected by weather or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible if a reschedule is required.
4. Payment
Invoices are issued by email upon completion of work. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer. Late payments may attract follow-up and may affect future bookings.
5. Access to Property
You agree to ensure safe and clear access to the areas where work is to be performed. Please remove any obstacles, secure pets and advise us of any hazards before the scheduled visit. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from restricted access.
6. Damage and Liability
Clifton Partners Gardening is fully insured. We take reasonable care when performing all work. If you believe damage has occurred as a result of our services, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and respond appropriately.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in a call-out fee at our discretion.
8. Photos and Records
We may take time-stamped photos of completed work for quality assurance and reporting purposes. These may be shared with the property owner or manager as part of our job completion report.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
